By downloading, installing, or using Doodle A Day ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Doodle A Day is a personal journaling application that allows users to create daily doodles, track moods, and export their creations. The offering includes both complimentary and paid-tier functionality.

3. User Content

Users maintain ownership of doodles, notes, and created materials. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Users bear responsibility for their content and must refrain from creating materials that are unlawful or infringing.

4. Premium Features

Premium functionality requires a one-time purchase ("Doodle A Day Pro"). Features include sketchbook exports, custom mood colors, and font customization. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and follow Apple's policies. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements. Third parties provide these ads, and free-version users consent to their display.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

The provider disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from App usage.

9. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
